Valeria Golino (Naples, 22 October 1966) is an Italian actress.
Born in Naples, October 22, 1966 the daughter of a Germanist Italian and a Greek-born French painter and Egyptian. Valeria grew up in Athens and Naples. He began working in Athens as a model and was subsequently discovered by filmmaker Lina Wertmüller.

She landed her first role as a leading actress in 1985 with the film “Piccoli fuochi” by director Peter Del Monte, and the following year won the award for Best Actress at the Venice Film Festival with the film “Storia d’amore “.

He also served in the U.S., where it is most known for the interpretation given in “Rain Man – L’uomo della pioggia” (Rain Man) (1988), in The Indian Runner and the series of comedy films “Hot Shots!” (1991) and “Hot Shots! 2 “(1993).
From 1988 to 2000 he lived in Los Angeles, California, United States worked on a dozen films.

In 1996 he starred in the video clip of R.E.M. Bittersweet Me
In 2006 he won the David di Donatello for Best Actress for “La guerra di Mario” (2005) by Antonio Capuano.
The actress has assets of about seventy Italian and international films in 25-year career.

Claudia Gerini was born in the Eternal city in the area of S. Giovanni, both of her parents were clerks. Even as a young child she enjoyed making up shows and performances with her friends at the beach at Ostia Lido. At 13 years old this teenager decided to take part in the Miss Teenager contest.

She practised at home, singing and dancing to one of Chaka-khan songs under the watchfll eye of her mother Tania: her tenacity is rewarded when she carried off first prize together with one of her friends.

Rolls with bacon

Rolls with baconIngredients for 4 people “Rolls with bacon”:
8 slices of thinly cut beef
8 slices
8 slices of bacon
8 sage leaves
salt pepper q b
a knob of butter
flour
white wine q b

Preparation time: 40 minutes

Preparation “Rolls with bacon”:
Salt and pepper the slices, put a sottiletta, a slice of bacon and sage leaf.
Roll up and seal with a toothpick and then pass them in the flour.
Prepare a baking sheet on which to melt the butter.
Brown and sprinkle with wine and finish cooking (for 5-6 minutes).

Notes: This recipe is called in dialect “Osei escaped”

Fillet in red wineIngredients “Fillet in red wine”:
800 gr. beef tenderloin in one piece
red wine
1 carrot
1 onion
1 rib celery
50 g bacon
50 g butter
flour
nutmeg
salt
pepper

Preparation “Fillet in red wine”:
Let soak for about an hour the fillet in red wine.
Chop the carrot, onion, celery, bacon and fry all the chopped butter, then add a little ‘flour and nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Add the fillet, sprinkle a little ‘red wine and cook with the lid about an hour.

Neapolitan Breaded

Neapolitan BreadedIngredients for 4 people “Neapolitan Breaded”:
gr. 450 of knob of beef cut into slices of about 1 cm. thick
2 eggs
2 cups of flour
salt and pepper q.b.
parsley
a deciliter of milk (half cup)
a lemon
seed oil for frying

Preparation “Neapolitan Breaded”:
Mousse, beat the eggs with finely chopped parsley, salt and pepper and finally add deciliter of milk.
Possibly beat with a meat mallet if they exceed the cm slices. thick, intingerle in eggs and then into the flour, eggs and intingerle yet again traferirle in flour and fried in hot oil.
Cook the slices a minute on each side, put them on paper straw to make absorb excess grease, salt to taste.
Arrange on a serving dish and serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and a lemon wedge.

Serena AutieriSerena Autieri (Naples, April 4, 1976) is an actress and singer Italian.

Founded in Soccavo neighborhood of Naples, as a child he studied classical dance, singing and acting. In 1997 he recorded his first CD entitled “Anima soul.” She graduated at the Art Institute of Naples, attended the School of Architecture, University Federico II, taking both her career as an actress and acting in several plays.

In 1998 he joined the cast of the soap opera of Rai 3, “Un posto al sole”, playing the role of singer Sara De Vito. Between 2001 and 2002 is among the protagonists of the first and second series of “Vento di ponente”, both broadcast by RAI 2.
